Pleasant Grove partners with our local Celebrate Recovery group — providing meals, support, and sponsorships for faith-based rehabilitation for those on the road to recovery.
What Is Celebrate Recovery?
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program that helps people work through hurts, habits, and hangups of all kinds. Locally, our Celebrate Recovery group walks alongside people coming out of addiction and hard seasons, pointing them to Christ and to a community that supports lasting change.
Pleasant Grove partners with this local group in practical ways — providing meals for those attending, offering encouragement and support, and helping coordinate sponsorships so that people who need it can get into faith-based rehabilitation programs. We only support rehab programs that are faith-based, in keeping with our conviction that lasting recovery is rooted in Christ.

Working Alongside CR
Ralph Smith, a member of our church and a local judge, works closely with Celebrate Recovery and helps churches throughout the area support the people coming to CR — connecting them with meals, encouragement, and sponsorships for faith-based rehab when they're ready to take that step. His work helps make this partnership possible.
How We Help
Beyond the weekly ministry itself, we run focused campaigns to meet specific needs for CR families.
We provide meals and encouragement for those attending Celebrate Recovery, helping meet a practical need so the focus can stay on healing.
We help coordinate sponsorships so those ready to take the next step can get into a faith-based rehabilitation program.
We periodically run campaigns to collect specific items for CR families — like the food and diaper drives below.
Campaigns We've Run
In addition to our ongoing support of Celebrate Recovery, we've organized campaigns to meet needs identified within the CR community.
We ran a food drive to stock the local food bank, helping make sure families connected to Celebrate Recovery — and others in our community — have food on the table.
We collected diapers and formula for moms in need, offering practical relief during a season that can already feel overwhelming.
